Welcome to the website for the proposals to redevelop the existing building at 63-67 Newington Causeway as quality flexible commercial space and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation being brought forward by Newington Causeway Investments Limited, the applicant.
We are excited to be bringing forward proposals for much needed commercial space and student accommodation in Elephant and Castle.
The purpose of this consultation is to present our latest plans to the community to get your feedback before we finalise our proposals and submit our planning application to London Borough of Southwark.
